Meet the Leadership Team

	Mike Pierson Mike founded Pierson Companies in 1996 along with his father, Don. Previously, Mike was in a leadership role within a division of Cargill gaining valuable experience within a strong corporate management team. Mike and Bonnie decided to return to Iowa and focus on real estate development and family farming. The Pierson Companies have successfully grown and diversified under Mike's leadership and focus on family and future generations.
	Nick Pierson Nick joined Pierson Companies in 2018 as the Vice President and Co-Owner. Nick works on all aspects of real estate for Pierson Companies including development, financial analysis, banking relations, and managing the companies real estate portfolio. Nick graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Finance and Real Estate Degree. He was also a member of the UNI Football team.
	Bonnie Pierson Bonnie's love for home design started when she and Mike would spend weekends away going through open houses. When they moved home to Burlington in 2001, she designed the home they built for their family, and so it began. Her focus is on design that is current but also has long standing appeal. Over the years she has built a reputation for beautiful design along with high quality at a great value in all her projects. In recent years she has also helped with the design aesthetics for their commercial developments.
